Seth Moses is Annuity Sales Vice President at Total Financial and Insurance Services, Inc., and joined the firm in 1989. He partners with producers across the country helping them find solutions for their client’s retirement income and estate planning needs.
During Total Financial’s time as an NFP owned brokerage, Seth worked closely with some of the largest producers in the country, providing wealth creation and estate planning strategies, leveraging annuities to fund life insurance for their high net worth clients.. He again provided the same expertise helping to solidify and implement that strategy in the premium finance arena.
When not running and working out at the gym, Seth enjoys spending time at the beach with longtime girlfriend, Suzan. He is also an avid sports fan, enjoying in particular the L.A. Rams, Clippers, Lakers and Dodgers.

Terry Bobo is a Senior Advisor Consultant at Highland Capital Brokerage and joined the firm in 2018. He provides strategic business coaching and consulting primarily to a select group of top tier wealth management professionals and RIA firms who focus on an asset designation planning business model. Through his work, he helps advisors across the country with identifying their goalsfor their practice, developing next steps and implementing their vision to help them grow their business.
Prior to joining Highland Capital, Terry was a business development Vice-President for USA Financial working closely with and recruiting top advisors and firms in the industry. He also previously served as the firms’ President (USA Financial Securities), Operations Director (USA Financial Securities) and National Marketing Vice President for Life and Long-Term Care Insurance (USA Financial Insurance Services). He was also a major contributor and instrumental in the development of USA Financial Securities, an independent and privately-owned broker-dealer. Terry entered the industry in 1999 and throughout his career worked in retail practice, management and wholesaling. He was a financial advisor at John Hancock and Edward Jones, a regional vice president at MetLife, and a district manager at Waddle & Reed.
Terry graduated from Western Michigan University – Haworth College of Business with a BBA in Finance. He’s obtained financial licenses, including the Series 7, 66, 24 & 53 as well as life, accident and health insurance in Michigan and Florida. He and his family enjoy traveling, cooking and being outside. He’s a master at barbecuing and smoking ribs. He is also a big fan of San Diego from when he was stationed there in the U.S. Navy. In the community, he has been involved with Habitat for Humanity and Kids’ Food Basket, which feeds over 7,200 West Michigan kids a day. He currently lives in Tampa with his wife and children.

Bryan Wirtz is a Senior Advisor Consultant at Highland Capital Brokerage and joined the firm in 2018. Prior to joining Highland Capital, Bryan was a business development Vice-President for USA Financial working closely with and recruiting top advisors and firms in the industry. He implemented processes and systems from Advisory Third-Party Asset Managers, TAMP Platforms, and Fixed Index Annuity, and Insurance, to help advisors capture 100% of their client’s relationships, which lead to increased AUM, Revenue, clients, and efficiencies. Bryan entered the industry in 2002 and throughout his career worked in High net worth private client groups, wholesaling, and retail advisory. He was a financial advisor for 13 years in Wirehouse and Independent channels, and sold his practice in 2015.
Bryan graduated from Western Michigan University – Haworth College of Business with a BBA in Finance. He’s obtained financial licenses, including the Series 7, 63,65 as well as life, accident and health insurance in Michigan. His passion is coaching his three boys in football, and spends a ton of time doing travel baseball with his children. He is a big Detroit Lions fan, Ferris State Football fan where his oldest son plays football, and is a life long resident of Michigan with his wife and 3 boys.

Chris Knox is a senior advisor consultant at Highland Capital Brokerage. Chris has been with the team since 2016. He has quickly built a successful book of business that earned him in 2018 the Highland Capital Brokerage Year over Year highest increase in production award. From 2017 to 2018 he increased his production by 590%. Chris prides himself on finding solutions for his producers and helping them secure their clients retirements. He truly values his relationships with his producers and have built amazing friendships with many of them.
Chris is a graduate of George Mason University where he studied marketing as well as sport management. Throughout college, he worked in business development and sales for a sports agent and assisted in representing professional athletes. After college, he worked in sales for a technology and manufacturing company. Because he worked directly with decision makers during the point of sale process, he has been able to leverage those skills to assist his producers in growing their business.
When not working with advisors, Chris is a husband and father to Morgan, their first child. Morgan was born in October of 2018 and has truly been a blessing to Chris and his wife Caroline. In his free time, Chris enjoys going for walks with his family and their two dogs, Cadbury and Caramel. Chris and his wife are very active and enjoy going to the gym and staying fit. Outside of the gym he loves getting out onto the golf course or visiting any of the local breweries in the Charlotte, NC area.
